About This Role

Maintain guest services and support store management by generating sales, managing merchandise, and assisting with store operations for Spencer's.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standard
  • Generate sales
  • Conduct housekeeping
  • Manage merchandising, signing, and pricing
  • Operate POS systems
  • Assist with loss prevention in adherence to Company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 17
