This Sales Associate role focuses on providing excellent guest services and supporting the store management team in sales generation, merchandising, and loss prevention at Spencer's retail store.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standard
• Generate sales
• Conduct housekeeping
• Execute merchandising, signing, and pricing
• Operate POS systems
• Implement loss prevention strategies adhering to all Company policies and procedures
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand/walk for 8 hours

Requirements

• Minimum age of 17
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
