About This Role

This Sales Associate role is responsible for providing excellent guest services and supporting the store management team in sales generation, merchandising, and loss prevention while adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standard
• Generate sales
• Conduct housekeeping
• Perform merchandising
• Handle signing and pricing
• Operate POS systems
• Implement loss prevention measures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 17
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
