About This Role

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest services, driving sales, and maintaining store operations for Spencer's.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standard
  • Generate sales
  • Conduct housekeeping duties
  • Perform merchandising tasks
  • Handle signing and pricing
  • Operate POS systems
  • Implement loss prevention practices

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 17
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
  • Ability to climb ladders
