About This Role

Spencer's Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining guest services, generating sales, and supporting store management through merchandising, pricing, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standard
  • Generate sales
  • Conduct housekeeping
  • Perform merchandising
  • Execute signing and pricing
  • Operate POS systems
  • Implement loss prevention measures

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 17
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
