The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest services, generating sales, and supporting the Store Management Team. This role involves various store operations including merchandising, pricing, and loss prevention.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standard
- Generate sales
- Conduct housekeeping duties
- Perform merchandising tasks
- Handle signing and pricing procedures
- Operate POS systems
- Assist with loss prevention in adherence to Company policies
Requirements
- Minimum age of 17 years
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
