The Sales Associate at Spencer's is responsible for delivering excellent guest services, driving sales, and maintaining store standards including housekeeping, merchandising, and loss prevention.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standard
- Generate sales
- Conduct housekeeping duties
- Perform merchandising, signing, and pricing tasks
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures for loss prevention
Requirements
- Minimum age of 17 years old
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
