About This Role

The Sales Associate at Spencer's is responsible for delivering excellent guest services, driving sales, and maintaining store standards including housekeeping, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standard
• Generate sales
• Conduct housekeeping duties
• Perform merchandising, signing, and pricing tasks
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures for loss prevention

Requirements

• Minimum age of 17 years old
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
