About This Role

Assist customers in a retail store by providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a tidy shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service questions
• Price store merchandise and make price changes
• Stock and face merchandise on shelves
• Assist in receiving and organizing incoming products
• Responsible for assisting in cycle counts
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately
• Handle customer transactions utilizing KCX cash register system
• Ensure accurate cash handling
• Responsible for handling customer returns
• Perform general housekeeping duties

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to frequently bend and twist
• Basic use of computer, calculator, cash register-scanner, telephone

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
