About This Role

Join Palm Beach Tan as a Sales Associate to meet sales goals, provide professional customer consultations on tanning and skincare options, and ensure a clean salon environment. This role involves handling transactions and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning, ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
