Join Palm Beach Tan as a Sales Associate to meet sales goals, provide professional customer consultations on tanning and skincare options, and ensure a clean salon environment. This role involves handling transactions and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations
- Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options
- Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning, ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
- Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties
- Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
