About This Role

As a Sales Associate at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury vehicles, contribute to the dealership's ongoing success and maintain Mercedes-Benz's renowned reputation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through effective prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing techniques.
• Stay up-to-date on new vehicle offerings, promotions, and market trends.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other dealership departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
