About This Role

This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role involves driving sales for Mexcor International's beverage and spirits portfolio in various regions of Florida. The position focuses on finding new customers, building strong client relationships, meeting sales quotas, and contributing to marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities
• Seek new customer opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet sales quotas
• Promote Mexcor's beverage and spirits portfolio
• Identify market trends
• Provide product recommendations
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement marketing initiatives
• Report sales performance regularly to management

Requirements

• Sales skills, such as customer relationship management, meeting sales targets, and identifying new market opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
• Time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work on-site

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
• Prior experience in sales or the beverage industry is a plus
