Sales Associate III

About This Role

The Sales Associate III drives sales by providing excellent customer service, building lasting relationships, and executing sales strategies. This role is responsible for upholding brand commitment and maximizing personal and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to create positive customer experiences
• Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers
• Build and maintain ongoing productive relationships with customers
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and offerings
• Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons relevant to customer needs
• Attend to the unique shopping needs of each customer and tailor approach
• Efficiently process customer transactions including purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Complete daily operational tasks such as maintaining the sales floor and backroom cleanliness
• Replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed and support the store inventory process
• Support cash-wrap operations when necessary to process various customer transactions

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
• Knowledge of cash register systems
• Basic computer skills (including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet)
• Ability to utilize walkie talkie
• Ability to understand and read price and product release sheets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
