Build lasting customer relationships, assist clients in vehicle selection, and master product knowledge to achieve sales goals and contribute to a top-tier automotive group.
Responsibilities
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
- Exhibit consultative selling skills by assisting customers in selecting a vehicle through active listening
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Requirements
- Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
