Sales Associate

About This Role

As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will actively engage with customers to understand their health and wellness needs, offering tailored product solutions while maintaining store operations and appearance. You will be instrumental in promoting GNC's "Live Well" philosophy and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and welcome every customer, creating a welcoming environment
• Genuinely interact with customers to help them choose the right products and make recommendations
• Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals
• Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines
• Boost product knowledge by learning features, advantages, and benefits, and staying on top of nutritional, wellness, and fitness news
• Support store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail store, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits
• Maintain store appearance and perform cleaning duties
• Restock products and maintain visual merchandising

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 40 pounds
• Flexibility to work varied hours and days including nights, mornings, weekends, and major U.S. holidays
