Join a team at Hand & Stone Sarasota as a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive membership sales. This role focuses on building connections with clients and educating them on the benefits of spa services.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Successfully achieve all performance-based goals set by spa leadership and the company on a consistent basis, including Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on the benefits of specific services and enhancements
• Provide excellent customer experience through answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and membership sales and management
• Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
