Sales Associate

About This Role

Kickstart your sales career as a Full-time Sales Associate. You will build and grow customer relationships, drive business success, and communicate the value of inventory management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support business to business (B2B) sales and customer service activities
• Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach
• Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs
• Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located
• Ability to meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (for US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field of study OR customer service or industry related work experience
• Entry level with customer service or industry related work experience considered
