Sales Associate

About This Role

This role will support business-to-business sales and customer service activities, developing new and growing existing customer relationships. It leverages a consultative sales approach to communicate the value of inventory management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support business to business (B2B) sales and customer service activities
• Provide value to customer through a consultative sales approach
• Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs
• Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Ability to pass the required drug screen

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field of study OR customer service or industry related work experience
