This role will support business-to-business sales and customer service activities, developing new and growing existing customer relationships. It leverages a consultative sales approach to communicate the value of inventory management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support business to business (B2B) sales and customer service activities
- Provide value to customer through a consultative sales approach
- Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting
- Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs
- Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
- Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
- Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
- Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
- Ability to pass the required drug screen
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field of study OR customer service or industry related work experience
