Sales Associate

About This Role

This Sales Associate role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, driving business growth through consultative sales, and supporting B2B activities for inventory management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support business to business (B2B) sales and customer service activities
• Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach
• Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs
• Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Current full valid driver's license with ability to meet driving record requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Pass a required drug screen (for US, Puerto Rico and Guam)

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field of study OR customer service or industry related work experience
• Entry level, customer service or industry related work experience accepted
