Sales Associate

About This Role

Join the Sales and Marketing team as a Sales Associate to market the Erickson lifestyle to prospective residents. Analyze business metrics to assess viability and determine next steps in the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects through daily phone sales, face-to-face meetings, and group sales activities
• Influence prospects with strategic messages, tactics, talking points, and events
• Develop and sustain customer relationships that result in revenue generation
• Conduct extensive follow-up, follow-through activities, and retention programs
• Conduct phone sales to increase the quality and quantity of appointments attended by prospective residents
• Manage the integrity of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database information and reports

Requirements

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred
• Proven technology skills

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred, previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12 – 18 months) strongly desired
