About This Role

This Sales Associate position is a training role focused on the sale of new construction homes within designated communities, with the goal of advancing to a Community Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all prospective customers
• Demonstrate model homes and provide information on home features and benefits
• Provide information regarding the community and surrounding area
• Assist customers with the selection of home sites, house plans, and structural options
• Pre-qualify customers and complete contract worksheets
• Prepare all contracts, addenda, and color selections accurately and completely
• Assist customers with loan applications and obtain deposits per company requirements
• Participate in meetings with the production team to assure planning and execution of the building process
• Follow up with loans, contingent contracts, listings of re-sales, and homeowners after settlement
• Participate in weekly sales meetings
• Successfully pass the Sales Consultant Training Program Milestones
