Sales Associate

About This Role

The Sales Associate II drives sales by building lasting customer relationships through personalized experiences and in-depth product knowledge. This role is crucial for upholding Coach's service standards and contributing to store efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models
• Create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships
• Understand organizational objectives and make decisions aligned with Company priorities
• Take ownership of personal and store metrics; partner with management on sales and clienteling strategies
• Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings
• Discuss product features and build sales by leveraging cross-selling skills and product add-ons
• Follow up with customers consistently to influence/close sales
• Complete daily operational tasks including maintaining store, cash wrap, and visual merchandising standards
• Support the Store Inventory Process by processing shipment, stocking shelves, and maintaining organization

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous sales experience
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
• Knowledge of cash register systems
• Basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet)
• Ability to use walkie talkie
• Ability to understand and read price and product release sheets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
