Sales Associate

About This Role

The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, driving sales goals and ensuring a great customer experience. This role supports all store operations to achieve maximum profitability.

Responsibilities

• Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, pricing, and visual standards
• Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention
• Participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance
• Model and promote Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles for a cohesive omni channel experience
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
• Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on all applicable policies
• Reinforce buying decisions at checkout and achieve add-on goals including gift card sales
• Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing
• Support replenishment activities to keep the store full and abundant
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
