Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing our selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Build relationships and brand loyalty with customers using company tools.
• Offer fashion advice that understands a customer's personal style.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks to maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned job responsibilities such as floor sets and filling the floor.
• Ring up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to foster a great environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
