Join the Anderson Outdoor team as a Sales Associate to assist customers in finding powersports units, build relationships, and represent company values. This role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and significant career growth opportunities within a family-owned business.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the perfect unit to suit their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business
- Represent Anderson Outdoor values of Higher Purpose, Integrity, Teamwork, Candor, Humility and Driven
- Record and send self recorded videos introducing yourself to your customers
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
- Successful completion of a background check
- A passion for Powersports and helping customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a desire to succeed
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
