Sales Account Executive

About This Role

Drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional results in the business services industry within a metrics-driven recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads within the target market and territory
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
• Manage a portfolio of both existing and new candidates and clients
• Search, source, and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources
• Develop close partnerships with clients and provide solutions for attracting candidates
• Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
• Participate in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
• Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates

Requirements

• 1+ years minimum in a B2B sales OR recruitment environment
• Prospecting experience
• Experience closing business
• Positive attitude and desire to win
• Driven by a desire to achieve meaningful and measurable results
• Adaptable and thrives in new situations
• Coachable and dedicated to continuous self-improvement

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 1+ years minimum in a B2B sales OR recruitment environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards)
