Implement and maintain Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath for a US government customer. The role involves mentoring colleagues, identifying new process opportunities, and designing RPA solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of RPA solutions using UiPath for US Government customers
- Provide superior experience and knowledge of RPA solutions and associated methodology
- Support colleagues (developers) through all phases of the RPA delivery lifecycle and Accreditation Program
- Mentor colleagues through the RPA solution development and support lifecycle
- Identify new process opportunities and accurately analyze and estimate new processes
- Analyze, understand and document business processes in detail
- Identify and communicate technical infrastructure requirements
- Design RPA process solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining RPA solution using UiPath
- 1-3 years’ experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML
- Experience in scheduling and debugging using RPA tool scheduler or command center
- Experience with GitHub source code management
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Must be Certified UiPath RPA Associate, or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust Security Clearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a similar field
- 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining RPA solution using UiPath; 1-3 years’ experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML; 10 years experience with listed qualifications

- Prior experience working on US Federal Government Contracts
- Demonstrated experience to deliver technology solutions in a fast-paced in a deadline-driven enterprise environment
- Self-starter, highly motivated individual who adapts to a dynamic work environment
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities
