Robotics Process Automation Developer

About This Role

Implement and maintain Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath for a US Government client, supporting colleagues through the RPA delivery lifecycle and accreditation program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of RPA solutions using UiPath for a US Government customer
• Provide advanced knowledge of RPA solutions and methodologies to support colleagues through the RPA delivery lifecycle and Accreditation Program
• Mentor colleagues through the RPA solution development and support lifecycle
• Identify new process opportunities and accurately analyze and estimate new processes, assessing feasibility
• Analyze, understand, and document business processes in detail
• Identify and communicate technical infrastructure requirements
• Design RPA process solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions
• Manage tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Work effectively in ambiguous situations and brainstorm solutions to business problems

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining RPA solutions using UiPath
• 1-3 years’ experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML
• Experience in scheduling and debugging using RPA tool scheduler or command center
• Experience with GitHub source code management and working in an Agile environment
• Certified UiPath RPA Associate, or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust Security Clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a similar field
• 10 years experience with various qualifications, including 2+ years developing RPA solutions with UiPath and 1-3 years with programming languages.
