Robotics, Automation, and Digital Product Engineer Supply Chain Consultant

About This Role

Drive business transformations by applying robotics, automation, and digital product engineering to supply chain operations. Work with clients to modernize manufacturing and supply chain processes through technology, data, and advanced engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver client engagements focused on modernizing manufacturing and supply chain operations through technology, data, and advanced engineering.
• Help design and implement solutions that integrate robotics, computer vision, simulation/digital twins, synthetic data, and edge AI.
• Contribute to assessments, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and early-scale implementations.
• Translate operational needs into practical technical requirements.
• Help teams deliver measurable outcomes in industrial environments.
• Work across factory, field, and warehouse environments and client stakeholder settings.
• Translate between operations, controls/automation, and data/AI teams.
• Build, test, and deploy production-grade solutions for various technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in one or more of: manufacturing/industrial automation, robotics, computer vision, simulation/digital twins, edge/IIoT, applied ML/AI in operational settings
• Experience delivering digital product and/or operations transformation work in manufacturing/supply chain
• Experience in two or more of the following areas: Computer vision for industrial environments, Robotics and autonomy, Simulation, digital twins, physics-based modeling for factories/warehousing/logistics, Synthetic data generation and validation approaches for model development, Edge AI deployment
• Experience writing, testing, and deploying Python and/or C++ code for ML, CV, robotics, and edge-based solutions
• Experience with ROS/ROS2 and NAV2/MOVIT
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in robotics, industrial engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial automation, robotics, computer vision, simulation/digital twins, edge/IIoT, or applied ML/AI in operational settings

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating with technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Siemens, AWS)
• Experience in developing high-fidelity simulation environments (e.g., using Issac Sim) and enable SLAM/VSLAM
• Experience building teleoperation models and Vision-Language-Action model (VLA)
• Manufacturing and supply chain technology exposure (sensing and IIoT connectivity, process/product optimization, automation/process control, fleet operations, ML/data science, cybersecurity for OT)
• Experience supporting or delivering client-facing PoCs/pilots/implementations
• Experience working in Agile product delivery
• Experience designing governance and operating models for Physical AI in production
