The RN Lead provides leadership and support to the clinical team, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care in the Internal Medicine Clinic. This role involves collaboration with providers and managers, serving as a clinical resource and driving team performance through education and workflow improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to the clinical team
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
- Collaborate closely with providers and practice managers
- Serve as a clinical resource and subject matter expert
- Help drive team performance by sharing timely updates
- Cascade clinical education and mentor staff
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
- Foster staff engagement and implement best practices
- Promote a culture of clinical excellence across Internal Medicine sites
Requirements
- Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- 3 years' experience
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified
Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- 3 years' experience

- Prior experience in the ambulatory/outpatient setting
