About This Role

This RN position provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across their lifespan, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role requires adherence to organizational policies and procedures, demonstration of professional growth, and maintenance of practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Function within the framework of organizational policies and procedures
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability
• Maintain standards of practice
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care

Requirements

• Graduate from a nursing program
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program
• No experience required for new graduates, 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions

Nice to Have

• Bachelors Degree
• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
• Advanced certification in field of specialty
• CDN (Certified Dialysis Certificate) for Dialysis speciality
