About This Role

Provide patient care from birth through the lifecycle, demonstrating competency with established treatments, procedures, and equipment, under the supervision of licensed clinical staff at Piedmont Columbus Midtown.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to patients from birth through the lifecycle
  • Demonstrate competency with treatments, procedures and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support certification upon hire

Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • No experience required, 1 year of patient care experience preferred

Nice to Have

  • 1 year of patient care experience
  • CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Certification from a Patient Care Technician program

Certifications

BCLS - Basic Life Support (Required) CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Required) Certification from a Patient Care Technician program (Required)
