About This Role

Join a dynamic Emergency Department team at a Level II Trauma Center, providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. This role contributes to patient safety, inclusivity, service, and teamwork within a 66-bed ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 66-bed Emergency Department with a Trauma Level II designation
• Work in specialized zones including an Observation Unit, Fast-Track area, and Behavioral Health Crisis Unit
• Collaborate with Providers, Unit Secretaries, and Techs to deliver invaluable services to patients
• Promote a culture of inclusivity, service, and teamwork
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Work shifts ranging from 7am-1am

Requirements

• Active RN license in the State of CT prior to start date
• Associate's Degree
• One year acute care RN experience
• Active BLS certification

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required, BSN preferred
• One year acute care RN experience required
