The Clinical Manager, Hospice (RN) will lead interdisciplinary care teams in Newtown Square, PA, ensuring excellent clinical and social care for hospice patients. This role involves providing clinical guidance, leadership, and developing relationships within the community to deliver high-quality end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Support the team by providing clinical guidance and judgment
- Participate in Performance Improvement & Quality Assurance activities
- Develop and mentor future hospice leaders
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Review documentation and ensure clinical quality and compliance
- Lead team meetings, training, and onboarding
- Visit patients in the field as needed
Requirements
- Hospice experience
- Registered Nurse license in PA
