BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) as a Clinical Manager for its Lancaster, PA Pediatrics and Adults home care office. This role involves leading and mentoring caregivers while ensuring compassionate and high-quality home health care services for clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care
- Visit Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution
- Supervise LPN's, RN's, and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field
- Facilitate new hire orientation
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1+ year of RN experience
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse

- Supervisory experience
