Retail Service Specialist

About This Role

Support store management in retail sales, customer service, store appearance, and overall operations, including assuming shift management responsibilities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy
• Process online orders, transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges accurately
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store
• Communicate Zipline messages and complete Image Maker and merchandising tasks
• Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedules and clock-in/out policies
• Perform all store opening and closing duties, including financial procedures and security

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification

Nice to Have

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge
• ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
