As a Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers to promote and sell Spectrum's products and services, enhancing their experience and driving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals
- Identify sales opportunities and create ideal customer experiences through product support and education
- Build positive customer relationships, listen effectively, and overcome objections, while reselling the value of products
- Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and visual standards, minimizing product losses
- Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, delivering a clean retail experience
- Communicate effectively, adhere to policies, resolve issues, and participate in training programs
Requirements
- Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions
- High comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively
- Familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments
- Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment
- Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing
- Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization
- Self-motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Entry level with preference for 1-5 years sales/customer service and 1-3 years telecommunications/wireless experience

- Knowledge of the latest technology and devices
