Join Verizon as a part-time Retail Sales Associate to drive retail sales by leveraging your passion for technology and customer service. You will learn customer needs, recommend solutions, and close sales, helping to expand the Verizon network.
Responsibilities
- Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and exceptional customer service
- Learn and uncover customers' needs by building connections and asking targeted questions
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide comprehensive sales solutions
- Close sales using effective communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions
- Continuously develop skills through ongoing training in operational functions like merchandising and inventory
- Expand customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
- Engage with the community and participate in off-site Verizon sponsored events to build a loyal customer base
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience
- Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
