Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and exceptional customer service
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by building connections and asking targeted questions
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide comprehensive sales solutions
• Close sales using effective communication skills to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions
• Continuously develop skills through ongoing training in operational functions like merchandising and inventory
• Expand customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers
• Engage with the community and participate in off-site Verizon sponsored events to build a loyal customer base

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
