This role coordinates day-to-day operations for Subaru's Care Connect Retailer Marketing Communications Platform, acting as the subject matter expert for vendors, the SOA Field, and retailers. It focuses on enhancing retailer experience, customer engagement, and sales through platform oversight and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate day-to-day operations between vendors supporting the Care Connect Retailer Marketing Communications Platform and Subaru of America (SOA)
- Oversee vendor integrations and platform enhancements with a focus on retailer experience, enrollment, customer engagement, and sales
- Serve as the face of the Care Connect program and subject matter expert (SME) to the SOA Field and retailers
- Support the growth and direction of the Care Connect program, promoting its benefits and tools like Trade Up Advantage, News Connect, and Market Drivers
- Maintain timelines and project workflows using platforms such as JIRA and/or Monday.com
- Support the Retail Relationship Marketing Manager on the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategies, including technology enhancements and content development
- Monitor Care Connect program performance and retailer/customer experience, identifying and implementing new features and enhancements
- Act as project lead overseeing business requirements, data integrations, and launch plans for program features
- Develop best practice and informational training resources for the Field and retailers on Care Connect tools and processes
- Coordinate analytical projects and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for vendors to ensure actionable results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external partners (SOA executive management, SOA Field, NRAB, Subaru retailers)
- Experience with overseeing, guiding, and collaborating with external vendor and agency partners
- Comfortable with technical content
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with and influence others
- Ability to present in front of large groups, including retailer management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use experience and data to create business cases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Proof HQ, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), and Jira programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 4-6 years of experience required
