About This Role

This role involves performing various warehouse operations such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping automotive parts within a Regional Distribution Center, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship ordered items as required
  • Receive and stock inbound orders, noting quantity discrepancies and damages
  • Process required documents accurately within RDC safety and performance requirements
  • Process inbound orders using RF technology and following RDC special order parts (SOPs)
  • Process outbound orders using RF technology and following RDC SOPs
  • Verify inventory accuracy for correct parts and quantities
  • Unload or load trailers, verify bills of lading, and check for transit damage
  • Stock necessary supplies in their respective areas
  • Monitor and report equipment damages and operational issues to Warehouse Lead Associate
  • Perform re-warehousing moves as requested
  • Perform inventory cycle counts with a high degree of accuracy
  • Work limited overtime, including weekends, as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Effective time management skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English
  • Good math skills
  • Ability to operate hand-held and fork truck mounted radio frequency terminals
  • Ability to operate various warehouse power operated equipment
  • Ability to operate various warehouse material handling equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
