About This Role

This part-time Retail Store Associate role involves engaging with customers, driving sales, and maintaining store operational standards to ensure a positive shopping experience and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acknowledge and engage every customer to support a positive customer-centric experience
• Utilize and understand the selling program to promote solutions and additional products/services
• Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Consistently maintain store and print department appearance to company guidelines, ensuring a neat, clean, and well-stocked environment
• Adhere to all standards related to signage, labeling, and merchandise presentation
• Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines and complete freight processes
• Ensure freight sorting area is organized and set up in accordance with guidelines
• Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily
• Continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through provided training and tools
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices, and support loss prevention efforts

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for information
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read, count, and write for documentation, training, and inventory processing
• Client-focused, positive, engaging, action-oriented, and passionate about the brand, products, services, and solutions

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
• No previous experience required
