About This Role

As a Part Time Retail Store Associate, you will engage with customers, foster a positive shopping experience, and drive sales by recommending products, services, and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acknowledge and engage every customer to support a positive customer-centric experience
• Utilize and understand the selling program to promote the sale of best solutions as well as additional products and/or services
• Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Consistently maintain store and print department appearance to company guidelines
• Adhere to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation
• Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines and complete freight processes
• Work to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for information
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation
• Client focused, positive and engaging, action oriented attitude
• Passion for the brand, products, services, and solutions

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
• No previous experience required
