About This Role

The Retail Lead Generator will engage customers inside a national retail home improvement store to promote HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and energy savings, scheduling free in-home consultations or tune-ups. This role contributes to Brothers' mission as a leading provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Responsibilities

• Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers
• Promote HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings
• Schedule free in-home consultations or tune-ups
• Attend weekly in-office meetings

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
• Clean, professional appearance
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Must pass background check
