Join Fresh Baguette as a full-time Retail Baker, preparing a variety of baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced bakery cafe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and prompt customer service
• Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently at the cash register
• Offer product recommendations to enhance customer experience
• Bake a variety of breads and baked goods to perfection
• Prepare products for the next day’s baking schedule
• Organize and maintain the freezer and fridge areas
• Pack away delivery items and ensure proper storage
• Set up the bread display to ensure an inviting presentation
• Clean and sanitize the baking station after use
• Ensure compliance with store safety, sanitation, and food storage standards

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• High School Diploma or GED
• Open Availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and routinely lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to work
• At least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment is required

Nice to Have

• Experience working at a café, bakery, or in hospitality
