About This Role

Engage retail customers inside a national home improvement store, discuss HVAC upgrades and energy efficiency, and schedule free in-home consultations with comfort advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency
  • Schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors

Requirements

  • Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
  • Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
  • Clean, professional appearance
  • Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
  • Must pass background check
