As a Crew Member, you will consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience by making pizzas, salads, and other items for customers while maintaining restaurant cleanliness and demonstrating hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Make customers' pizzas, salads and more
- Package customer orders with urgency
- Follow all food safety and food quality standards
- Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver the best customer service
- Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift
- Have fun and work together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe
Requirements
- Passion for people and connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
- Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently
- History of consistent attendance and punctuality
- Interest to learn, grow and contribute to the success of the restaurant
