About This Role

As a Restaurant Staff Crew Member, you will consistently deliver excellent customer service and the MOD Pizza experience by creating custom pizzas, packaging orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean environment.

Responsibilities

Make customers' pizzas, salads and more
Package customer orders with urgency
Follow all food safety and food quality standards
Keep the restaurant clean and ready to deliver the best customer service
Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift
Have fun and work together with your Squad Crew to create an authentic customer experience vibe

Requirements

Demonstrated passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow Squad crew members and customers
Ability to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner
History of consistent attendance and punctuality
Interest to learn, grow and contribute to the success of the restaurant
