About This Role

As a Restaurant Squad Crew Member, you will consistently deliver great customer service and the MOD Pizza experience by making custom pizzas and salads. You will contribute to creating an authentic customer experience by ensuring food quality and a clean restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Make customers' pizzas, salads, and more according to their individual requests
• Package customer orders with urgency and accuracy
• Follow all food safety and food quality standards set by MOD Pizza
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment to ensure the best customer service
• Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate, and fast service) on every shift
• Collaborate with fellow Squad Crew to create an authentic and positive customer experience vibe

Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for people and connecting with colleagues and customers
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality
• Interest to learn, grow, and contribute to the restaurant's success
