About This Role

This Program Manager role oversees group home training, supervision, and scheduling for Certified Support Providers, ensuring a positive and compliant environment. The role involves guiding a team, adhering to Oregon Administrative Rules and OSHA guidelines, and maintaining accurate client records to impact the quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group home training, supervision, and scheduling for Certified Support Providers (CSPs)
• Ensure a positive and compliant environment for clients and staff
• Guide your team, ensuring adherence to Oregon Administrative Rules and OSHA guidelines for client services
• Maintain record maintenance and quality assurance
• Support CSPs in securing staff placement
• Provide clerical support to CSPs
• Manage documentation to keep client training and records up-to-date and accurate

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in Developmental Disabilities/Mental Health or combined of education and experience
• Satisfactory employment history and State criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and active vehicle insurance
