Outpatient Clinical Supervisor

About This Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the clinical quality of services, providing specialized clinical expertise, training, supervision, and mentoring to programs across multiple outpatient clinics. This position involves both remote and onsite work, requiring travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical quality of services provided
• Act as a specialized clinician, providing training and supervision
• Provide clinical consultation and collaboration
• Provide assessment and assistance
• Provide clinical guidance and mentoring to all assigned programs
• Support 5 offices
• Travel to other outpatient clinics as needed for support on a weekly or monthly basis

Requirements

• Professional license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field
• 3+ years mental health experience
• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field
• At least 3 years mental health experience; at least 2 years leadership or supervisory experience

Nice to Have

• Credentialing with regional insurance companies for outpatient opportunities
