About This Role

This role is responsible for providing expert residential and commercial drain cleaning and unclogging services. The Drain Tech will diagnose issues, present solutions to customers, and ensure proper operation and maintenance of service equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert drain cleaning and unclogging services for residential and commercial customers
• Explain diagnosed issues in clear terms and present solution options to customers
• Secure approval from customers before performing work
• Operate drain cleaning machines and high-pressure jetters
• Maintain and stock service vehicle
• Ensure proper tool tracking
• Complete all service documentation accurately

Requirements

• Basic understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Ability to perform drain cleaning using small to large equipment
• Skill in removing and resetting toilets and p-traps
• Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces or tight areas
• Strong communication and customer service skills
